Bringing a guest to the gala dinner (Oct 14) is CAD $120. Workshops take place October 12; the social activity/tour is October 16.
Refund policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing
The July 3, 2026 refund deadline has now passed: cancellations submitted from today onward are no longer eligible for any refund.
For reference, the official policy reads as follows:
Any cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to lcafood2026@conferium.com and will be subject to the following conditions:
Until Friday, July 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET., a refund minus a processing fee of $75 will be granted. After this date, no refunds will be granted.
Refunds not applicable for social events/activities, workshops (unless cancelled by the conference committee), and Gala Dinner ticket(s).
Non-attendance will be considered as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Name changes to the registration are not accepted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued no later than one month after the conference.
